Frank is a registered representative since 2018 concentrating on 1031 exchanges into passive, fractional real estate investments generally known as Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs). He has placed $140M in equity on behalf of hundreds of clients and has developed strong relationships with the various DST sponsors and exchange accommodators.
Frank lives in La Jolla, CA after residing in the San Francisco Bay Area for 20+ years. He was raised in NYC and obtained a bachelor’s degree from New York University and a law degree from Fordham University School of Law. He was an attorney in the law departments of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Mutual Life of New York. He also owned and managed real estate investment properties for 17 years.
He has personally completed several 1031 exchanges into DST properties and is eager to share his real-world experience with other investment property owners regarding the many benefits of DSTs.
