About the instructor

Peter has more than 20 years of experience working with investors on securitized real estate investment opportunities, including DSTs, TICs, REITs, Opportunity Zones, Opportunity Funds, and other private placements. Prior to co‑founding Sequent, Peter spent 15 years with a national real estate sponsor on the distribution team, gaining deep expertise in the formation, operation, and disposition of private placement real estate offerings. Drawing on his extensive background in the DST industry and his knowledge across real estate, tax‑advantaged investment strategies, and estate planning, Peter constructs individually tailored client portfolios designed to reduce market volatility and maximize the potential for stable, long‑term income.

Peter's credentials include a Series 7 (General Securities Representatives) License, a Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) License, and a Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law) License.
